There are two separate gyms for boys and girls (in respective hostels ) for maintaining the physical fitness and health have been provided for our students and staff in our campus.The Gym is open on all working days and is free-to-use for College members. Having been extended in recent years, the Gym now consists of all modern equipments.
The curriculum includes instruction in asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chanting, mantras, yoga philosophy, diet and kriyas (cleansing exercises to purify the body) .Students will develop the skills to teach yoga asana as well as improve their own personal practice.
Interested students can join Kung Fu Classes conducted in campus. Students learn traditional techniques and their applications and practice sparring and body conditioning
