The department of Computer Science and Engineering was started in the year 1998 with an intake of 60 students. At present the intake has been increased to 120. M.E. programme was started in the year 2008 with an intake of 18 students. The department has highly qualified and experienced faculty members with doctor degrees in various field computer science from reputed institutions and universities. Faculty members encouraged to pursue doctoral programming by using “OXFORD RESEARCH CENTER” with Apple computers. Students are permitted to use the lab beyond the regular working hours. OBJECTIVES The department aims to impart high quality education to the students to meet the cutting edge in technology, research and the various disciplines of computer science and engineering.
